Preparation

Step 1 – Mix Currease with 1 kg cleaned and cut crabs along with a cup of water. Cover and cook in low flame for 10 minutes.
Step 2 – When the gravy is thick turn o stove and add 1 tbsp coconut oil and mix well.
* After cooking take out crab leaving a little gravy in the pan. Add a cup of cooked rice. Mix well and enjoy the ‘Chattiperalan’ (Flavoured rice.)

Onion, Shallots, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilly, Curry Leaves, Red Chilly, Kashmiri Chilly, Turmeric, Pepper, Coconut Oil, Tomato, Salt.
