Refund Policy

We believe in sustainable relationship with our customers. We also understand how important is to sustain our customers like you.

Most of our products are natural and hence not harmful to you. Our food products are all freshly made without using any additives. Hence it comes with short shelf life. We will be careful in supplying only edible food products within the expiry date.

In spite of all our efforts to do our best, if you still have a concern on the quality aspect of our products, you have the freedom to contact us for an alternative solution, whether it’s a refund or replacement.

Any refund will be made to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of online payment gateway, the refund will go to the same account.



We are committed to deliver the orders minimum in 2 days and maximum of 14 days.(Logistics may get delay or partially cancelled due to restrictions of Covid-19 in several places) 

Cancellation Policy

If the customer wants to cancel their order before we send the courier, they are free to do so. After sending it with the logistics partner, we will be least appreciating cancellation.
