Step 1 – Mix currease with 1 medium size chicken (small cuts) in a pan and saute for 3 minutes.
Step 2 – Add 1 1/2 cup of water. Cover the lid and cook for about 15 minutes in low flame.
Step 3 – Open lid and stir till the gravy is thick.
