Step 1 – Marinate 1 medium size chicken (cuts) with 1 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder and 1/2 tsp salt.
Step 2 – Add 2 tbsp ghee in a pan and sauté the chicken.
Step 3 – Add currease and a cup of water. Cover the lid and cook for about 10 minutes. Open the lid and stir till the gravy is thick.
