Step 1 – Marinate 600g cleaned prawns with 1 tsp Kashmiri chilly and 1/2 tsp salt. Add 2 tbsp ghee to a pan and sauté the prawns.
Step 2 – Add Currease and 1/2 cup water to the pan. Cover the lid and cook for 8-10 minutes. Open the lid and stir until oil separates.
*After cooking take out prawns leaving a little gravy in the pan. Add a cup of cooked rice. Mix well and enjoy the ‘Chattiperalan’ (Flavoured rice)
