Preparation
Step 1 – Add 1 medium size Duck (cut) to a cooker along with currease and pressure cook until the meat is cooked.
Step 2 – Open the lid and boil until the gravy is thick. Garnish with thinly sliced fried potatoes.

Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilly, Curry Leaves, Turmeric, Coriander, Pepper, Garam Masala, Salt.
