Step 1 – Add Currease and 600g cleaned prawns along with 1 cup water to a pan.
Step 2 – Cook till the gravy is thick. Turn o stove and add 1 tbsp coconut oil and mix well.* After cooking take out prawns leaving a little gravy in the pan. Add a cup of cooked rice. Mix well and enjoy the ‘Chattiperalan’ (Flavoured rice).
