Preparation
Step 1 – Pressure cook 1 kg Beef cubes with 1/2 tsp of salt till the meat is cooked.
Step 2 – Open cooker, stir till the stock water is reduced.
Step 3 – In a pan add currease and the cooked meat. Stir continuously till the oil separate and the meat is fried. Garnish with fried curry leaves.

Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilly, Curry Leaves, Red Chilly, Turmeric, Pepper, Coriander, Garam Masala, Coconut, Oil, Salt.
