Preparation

Step 1 – Pressure cook 1kg pork (Blocks)adding 1 cup of water, 1/4tsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp salt till the meat is cooked.
Step 2 – Take out the cooked pork blocks and slice it to thick sqaure. Add Currease and a cup of water and pressure cook again to a whistle or two.
Step 3 – Open the cooker and if required continue to boil till the gravy is thick.

Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Curry Leaf, Mustard, Vinegar, Turmeric, Red Chilly, Kashmiri Chilly, Garam Masala, Pepper, Coconut Oil, Salt.
